Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons BBQ sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce for glazing
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, BBQ sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Brush meatballs with additional BBQ sauce during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
- Remove meatballs and serve hot.
