- 4 cod fish fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the cod fillets dry with a paper towel.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the mixture on both sides of the cod fillets.
- Place the fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.
