Quick and easy air fryer falafel patties ready in 15 minutes.
Ingredients

- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a food processor, combine chickpeas, parsley, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper.
- Pulse until the mixture is well combined but still chunky.
- Add flour and pulse again until mixed.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Brush each patty lightly with olive oil.
- Place patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Notes
- Serve with tahini sauce or yogurt.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
