Quick and easy Greek chicken skewers made in the air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  2. Add cubed chicken to the marinade. Mix well and let sit for 10 minutes.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Skewer the marinated chicken onto skewers.
  5. Place the skewers in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Check for doneness before serving.

  • Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
