Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 sub rolls
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Warm the marinara sauce in a small pot.
- Place meatballs in sub rolls, top with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
- Return the subs to the air fryer for an additional 2-3 minutes to melt the cheese.
Notes
- Make sure not to overcrowd the air fryer basket.
- You can use pre-made meatballs for faster preparation.
- Adjust seasoning to your preference.
