Description

Quick and easy salmon patties made in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 can salmon (14.75 oz)
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Drain the salmon and add it to a mixing bowl.
  3. Add breadcrumbs, onion, mayonnaise, egg, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Mix until well combined.
  5. Form the mixture into patties.
  6. Place the patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  8. Remove and let cool slightly before serving.

  • Serve with a side salad or your choice of dipping sauce.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
