Quick and easy air fryer stuffed bell peppers ready in 15 minutes.
Ingredients

- 4 bell peppers
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup cooked ground turkey
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
- In a bowl, mix rice, ground turkey, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the mixture into each bell pepper.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Place stuffed peppers in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes until peppers are tender.
- Remove and let cool before serving.
Notes
- You can use quinoa instead of rice.
- Substitute ground turkey with ground beef or chicken.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
