Ingredients

  • 1 block firm tofu, drained and pressed
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut tofu into nugget-sized pieces.
  3. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
  4. Coat tofu pieces in the mixture.
  5. Roll tofu in breadcrumbs until fully covered.
  6. Place nuggets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  8. Remove from air fryer and serve hot.
