Ingredients

- 1 block firm tofu, drained and pressed
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut tofu into nugget-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
- Coat tofu pieces in the mixture.
- Roll tofu in breadcrumbs until fully covered.
- Place nuggets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from air fryer and serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
