Ingredients

- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 whole wheat burger buns
- Lettuce leaves
- Sliced tomatoes
- Sliced onions
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground turkey with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into 4 patties.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Toast the burger buns in the air fryer for 2 minutes.
- Assemble the burgers with lettuce, tomato, and onion.
