Description
Quick and easy turkey meatballs made in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, parmesan, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
- Place the meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Serve hot.
Notes
- Can substitute ground turkey with chicken or beef.
- Adjust seasoning to your preference.
- Serve with marinara sauce or on a sub roll.
