Description

Quick and easy turkey meatballs made in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, parmesan, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
  4. Place the meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. Check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Serve hot.

Notes

  • Can substitute ground turkey with chicken or beef.
  • Adjust seasoning to your preference.
