Description
Crispy air fryer avocado fries with an almond flour crust.
Ingredients

- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the avocados into wedges.
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Dip each avocado wedge in egg, then coat with almond flour mixture.
- Drizzle olive oil over the coated avocado fries.
- Place the fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- For extra crunch, use panko breadcrumbs mixed with almond flour.
