Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the avocados into wedges.
  3. In a bowl, mix almond flour, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  5. Dip each avocado wedge in egg, then coat with almond flour mixture.
  6. Drizzle olive oil over the coated avocado fries.
  7. Place the fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  8. Air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
