Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Brush the meatballs with BBQ sauce and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
