- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine blueberries, 1/4 cup brown sugar, and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
- In another bowl, mix oats, remaining brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and melted butter.
- Spread the blueberry mixture in the air fryer basket.
- Top with the oat mixture evenly.
- Cook in the air fryer for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Serve with ice cream for extra flavor.
- Use frozen blueberries if fresh ones are unavailable.
