Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound of mushrooms
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Clean the mushrooms and remove stems.
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Dip each mushroom in the egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the breaded mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
