Ingredients

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Clean the mushrooms and remove stems.
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. Dip each mushroom in the egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  6. Place the breaded mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Air fry for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
