Delicious air fryer breakfast burritos filled with eggs, cheese, and vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 4 large tortillas
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Stir in the cheese, bell peppers, and onions.
  4. Place a tortilla on a flat surface and add a portion of the egg mixture.
  5. Roll the tortilla tightly and secure with a toothpick if needed.
  6. Repeat for all tortillas.
  7. Place burritos in the air fryer basket.
  8. Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Remove from the air fryer and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
