Ingredients

- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 4 large tortillas
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
- Stir in the cheese, bell peppers, and onions.
- Place a tortilla on a flat surface and add a portion of the egg mixture.
- Roll the tortilla tightly and secure with a toothpick if needed.
- Repeat for all tortillas.
- Place burritos in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust filling ingredients to your taste.
- Can be made ahead and frozen.
- Serve with salsa or hot sauce.
