Ingredients

  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk milk, oil, egg, and vanilla.
  4. Combine both mixtures until just blended.
  5. Add blueberries if using and fold gently.
  6. Pour the batter into muffin cups.
  7. Place muffin cups in the air fryer basket.
  8. Cook for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let muffins cool before serving.
