Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup cooked sausage (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a skillet, scramble the eggs with bell peppers and onions until fully cooked.
  4. Place one tortilla in the air fryer basket.
  5. Add half of the cheese, followed by the egg mixture, and top with the remaining cheese.
  6. Cover with the second tortilla.
  7. Air fry for 5-7 minutes or until the tortillas are golden and cheese is melted.
  8. Remove from the air fryer and cut into wedges.
  9. Serve warm.
