Ingredients

- 1 egg
- 1 slice of cheese
- 2 slices of cooked bacon or sausage
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Crack the egg into a small bowl and season with salt and pepper.
- Toast the bread slices in the air fryer for 2-3 minutes.
- In the same air fryer, cook the egg for about 5 minutes or until set.
- Assemble the sandwich by layering the cheese, egg, and bacon or sausage between the toasted bread.
- Return the assembled sandwich to the air fryer for 2 minutes to melt the cheese.
