Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
- In a bowl, mix flour, water, salt, and pepper to create a batter.
- Dip cauliflower florets into the batter, ensuring they are coated.
- Place the coated florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove the florets and toss them in buffalo sauce.
- Return the sauced cauliflower to the air fryer and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

- Adjust the spice level by using milder or hotter buffalo sauce.
- For extra crispiness, spray the florets lightly with cooking oil before air frying.
