Description
Crispy and spicy buffalo tofu bites made in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 block firm tofu, drained and pressed
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes.
- In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
- Coat tofu cubes in the flour mixture.
- Drizzle olive oil over the coated tofu and toss to combine.
- Dip the tofu in buffalo sauce, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Place the tofu in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot with extra buffalo sauce on the side.
Notes
- Adjust the buffalo sauce amount according to your spice preference.
- For a gluten-free option, use gluten-free flour and breadcrumbs.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
