Ingredients

- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cauliflower florets and olive oil.
- Add garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Toss to coat.
- If using, sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the cauliflower and mix well.
- Place cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for desired crispiness before removing.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
