Crispy air fryer cauliflower tots that are easy to make and delicious.
Ingredients

- 1 head of cauliflower, riced
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Rice the cauliflower using a food processor or box grater.
- In a bowl, mix the riced cauliflower, cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into small tot shapes.
- Place the tots in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- Make sure to squeeze out excess moisture from the cauliflower.
- You can add herbs for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
