Ingredients

  • 1 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rice the cauliflower using a food processor or box grater.
  3. In a bowl, mix the riced cauliflower, cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Form the mixture into small tot shapes.
  5. Place the tots in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
