A simple air fryer recipe for celery root, also known as celeriac.
Ingredients

- 1 medium celery root (celeriac)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Peel the celery root and cut it into 1-inch cubes.
- In a bowl, toss the cubes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Transfer the seasoned celery root to the air fryer basket.
- Set the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook for 20-25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for tenderness and adjust cooking time if necessary.
- Serve hot as a side dish.
