A delicious recipe for air fryer chicken cordon bleu.
Ingredients

- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 4 slices of ham
- 4 slices of Swiss cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the chicken breasts by pounding them to an even thickness.
- Place a slice of ham and a slice of Swiss cheese on each chicken breast.
- Roll the chicken tightly and secure with toothpicks.
- Season the flour with salt and pepper, then coat each chicken roll in flour.
- Dip the flour-coated chicken in beaten eggs.
- Coat the chicken in breadcrumbs.
- Place the chicken rolls in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, turning halfway, until golden brown and cooked through.
Notes
- Check the internal temperature of the chicken; it should reach 165°F (75°C).
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
