- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into strips
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Set up a breading station with three bowls: one for flour, one for beaten eggs, and one for breadcrumbs mixed with seasonings.
- Dip each chicken strip first in flour, then in eggs, and finally in breadcrumbs.
- Place the breaded chicken tenders in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Spray the chicken with cooking spray.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check for doneness; chicken should reach 165°F (75°C).
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- For extra crunch, use panko breadcrumbs.
- Serve with dipping sauces of your choice.
