A simple and flavorful air fryer chimichurri chicken breast recipe.
Ingredients

- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix parsley, garlic, olive oil, vinegar, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to create chimichurri sauce.
- Marinate chicken breasts in chimichurri for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place marinated chicken breasts in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or fewer red pepper flakes.
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken overnight.
