Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Mini cupcake liners

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, melt chocolate chips in the microwave or over a double boiler.
  3. Place mini cupcake liners in the air fryer basket.
  4. Pour a spoonful of melted chocolate into each liner.
  5. Add a spoonful of the peanut butter mixture on top of the chocolate.
  6. Cover with more melted chocolate.
  7. Air fry at 300°F for 5-7 minutes.
  8. Let cool before serving.

Notes

  • Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
  • You can use dark or milk chocolate as desired.
