This recipe shows you how to make delicious air fryer chocolate peanut butter cups.
Ingredients

- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Mini cupcake liners
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, melt chocolate chips in the microwave or over a double boiler.
- Place mini cupcake liners in the air fryer basket.
- Pour a spoonful of melted chocolate into each liner.
- Add a spoonful of the peanut butter mixture on top of the chocolate.
- Cover with more melted chocolate.
- Air fry at 300°F for 5-7 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- You can use dark or milk chocolate as desired.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less powdered sugar.
