Easy air fryer cinnamon rolls made from scratch.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon water
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add milk, melted butter, and vanilla. Mix until dough forms.
- Roll out dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
- Spread melted butter over the dough.
- Sprinkle cinnamon and brown sugar on top.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log.
- Cut into 1-inch pieces.
- Place in the air fryer basket and cook at 350°F for 8-10 minutes.
- Mix powdered sugar and water to create icing.
- Drizzle icing over warm rolls before serving.
Notes
- Use non-stick spray in the air fryer basket.
- Adjust cooking time based on air fryer model.
- Can add nuts or raisins for extra flavor.
