Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup baking soda
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar (for coating)
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Combine warm water, sugar, and yeast in a bowl. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add flour and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 5 minutes. Let it rise for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Divide the dough into 8 pieces. Roll each into a rope and shape into pretzels.
- Boil water and baking soda. Dip each pretzel for 30 seconds.
- Brush pretzels with melted butter.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon. Coat pretzels in the mixture.
- Place pretzels in the air fryer. Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
