Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix the coconut, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Coat each chicken fillet in flour, then dip in beaten eggs.
- Press the fillets into the coconut mixture to coat evenly.
- Place the coated fillets in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check for doneness, ensuring internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
