Ingredients

- 2 large cucumbers
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice cucumbers thinly.
- In a bowl, toss cucumber slices with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Place cucumber slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes or until crispy, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Let cool before serving.
