Air fryer deviled eggs crispy outside for a delightful crunch

Description

Crispy air fryer deviled eggs with a delicious filling.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place eggs in a pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and then let simmer for 10 minutes.
  2. Remove eggs and place in an ice bath for 5 minutes.
  3. Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
  4. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
  5. Add mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper to the yolks. Mix until smooth.
  6. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  7. Preheat the air fryer to 270°F (130°C).
  8. Place the filled eggs in the air fryer basket and cook for 5 minutes.
  9. Remove and sprinkle with paprika before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust seasoning to your taste.
  • For a spicy kick, add hot sauce to the yolk mixture.
  • Store leftover eggs in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
