Description
Crispy air fryer deviled eggs with a delicious filling.
Ingredients
Scale
- 6 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Paprika for garnish
Instructions
- Place eggs in a pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and then let simmer for 10 minutes.
- Remove eggs and place in an ice bath for 5 minutes.
- Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper to the yolks. Mix until smooth.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
- Preheat the air fryer to 270°F (130°C).
- Place the filled eggs in the air fryer basket and cook for 5 minutes.
- Remove and sprinkle with paprika before serving.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- For a spicy kick, add hot sauce to the yolk mixture.
- Store leftover eggs in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
