Ingredients

  • 1 egg, beaten for egg wash

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour and salt.
  2. Add butter and water. Knead until smooth.
  3. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  4. In another bowl, combine chicken, cheese, onion, and cumin.
  5. Roll dough into circles and fill with the mixture.
  6. Fold and seal the edges.
  7. Brush with egg wash.
  8. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  9. Place empanadas in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  10. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
