Ingredients

- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a food processor, combine chickpeas, parsley, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper.
- Pulse until the mixture is coarse.
- Add flour and olive oil, then mix until combined.
- Form small balls from the mixture.
- Place falafel bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
- Adjust spices to your taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
