  • 1/4 cup flour
  • Whole wheat wraps
  • Tahini sauce for drizzling
  • Vegetables for filling (lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers)

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine chickpeas, parsley, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper.
  2. Pulse until well mixed but still chunky.
  3. Add flour and mix until combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into small balls or patties.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Place falafel bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  8. Warm whole wheat wraps in a pan or microwave.
