Ingredients

- 1 cup dill pickle slices
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the pickle slices dry with paper towels.
- Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder and paprika.
- Dip each pickle slice in flour, then egg, and finally breadcrumbs.
- Place the breaded pickles in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Spray the pickles lightly with cooking spray.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from air fryer and season with salt and pepper.
Notes
- For extra crunch, double bread the pickles.
- Experiment with different spices in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
