Description

A simple recipe for air fryer fruit tartlets.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup of sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of mixed fresh fruits (berries, kiwi, peaches)
  • 1/2 cup of cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, butter, and sugar until crumbly.
  2. Add egg yolk and vanilla, and mix to form dough.
  3. Chill the dough for 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Roll out the dough and cut into circles to fit tartlet molds.
  6. Press the dough into the molds.
  7. In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  8. Fill each tartlet with cream cheese mixture.
  9. Top with mixed fruits.
  10. Air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden.
