Description
A simple recipe for air fryer fruit tartlets.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of mixed fresh fruits (berries, kiwi, peaches)
- 1/2 cup of cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, butter, and sugar until crumbly.
- Add egg yolk and vanilla, and mix to form dough.
- Chill the dough for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Roll out the dough and cut into circles to fit tartlet molds.
- Press the dough into the molds.
- In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fill each tartlet with cream cheese mixture.
- Top with mixed fruits.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden.
Notes
- Use any seasonal fruits you prefer.
- Feel free to adjust the sweetness based on your taste.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
