A simple recipe to make garlic mushrooms using an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 500g mushrooms
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Clean the mushrooms and slice them if large.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Add mushrooms to the bowl and toss to coat.
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
- Place mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Remove from the air fryer and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
