- 2 chicken fillets
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken fillet in the beaten egg.
- Coat the fillets with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated fillets in the air fryer basket.
- Spray the fillets lightly with cooking spray.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and cooked through.
