A quick and easy air fryer recipe for ginger soy chicken breast.
Ingredients

- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, ginger, garlic, honey, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate chicken breasts in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place marinated chicken breasts in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check the internal temperature; it should reach 165°F (74°C).
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
