Description
Creamy and spicy jalapeno poppers made in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 12 jalapenos
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut jalapenos in half and remove seeds.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each jalapeno half with the cream cheese mixture.
- Dip each stuffed jalapeno in breadcrumbs.
- Place jalapenos in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by leaving some seeds in the jalapenos.
- Serve with ranch dressing or your favorite dipping sauce.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
