- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Coat chicken fillets with the marinade. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Place the marinated chicken fillets in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
