- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken breasts with the maple glaze mixture.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on chicken breast thickness.
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken for 30 minutes before cooking.
