A quick recipe for delicious meatball sliders made in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 slider buns
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs.
- Place meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, until cooked through.
- Slice the slider buns in half and toast them lightly in the air fryer.
- Add a meatball to each bun along with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
- Return sliders to the air fryer for 2-3 minutes to melt the cheese.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- You can use store-bought meatballs for a quicker option.
- Serve with pickles or chips on the side.
