- 1 egg

Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, egg, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until cooked through.
- Check internal temperature, it should reach 160°F (70°C).
Notes
- For extra flavor, add your favorite spices.
- Serve with marinara sauce or over pasta.
