Crispy air fryer mozzarella sticks with a delicious almond flour crust.
Ingredients

- 12 mozzarella sticks
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Dip each mozzarella stick in the egg, then coat with the almond flour mixture.
- Place the coated mozzarella sticks in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve immediately with marinara sauce.
Notes
- Keep mozzarella sticks frozen until ready to coat and cook.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- For extra crunch, spray with cooking spray before cooking.
