Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut mozzarella sticks in half if desired.
- Set up a breading station: place flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs in separate bowls.
- Mix Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper into breadcrumbs.
- Dip each mozzarella stick in flour, then egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Place the coated sticks in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Spray the sticks with cooking spray.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
- Serve immediately with marinara sauce.
