Ingredients

- 8 mozzarella cheese sticks
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
- Set up a breading station: Place flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs in separate bowls.
- Add Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the breadcrumbs and mix well.
- Dip each mozzarella stick in flour, then in egg, and finally in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Arrange the coated sticks in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 6-8 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot with marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
- Freeze sticks for 30 minutes before air frying for better results.
- Adjust seasoning according to your taste.
