- 1 pound of mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss the sliced mushrooms with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for desired crispiness, cook longer if needed.
- Remove and serve immediately.
