Delicious air fryer nacho cheese bell pepper boats filled with cheese and toppings.
Ingredients

- 4 bell peppers
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup black beans
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the bell peppers in half and remove the seeds.
- In a bowl, mix cheese, black beans, tomatoes, jalapeños, olive oil, and taco seasoning.
- Fill each bell pepper half with the cheese mixture.
- Place the filled peppers in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the air fryer and top with sour cream.
Notes
- Adjust toppings to your taste.
- You can use any color of bell peppers.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
