Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup black beans
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon taco seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the bell peppers in half and remove the seeds.
  3. In a bowl, mix cheese, black beans, tomatoes, jalapeños, olive oil, and taco seasoning.
  4. Fill each bell pepper half with the cheese mixture.
  5. Place the filled peppers in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from the air fryer and top with sour cream.
